In 2006 we established the Metro Dance Company to provide added performance opportunities for our students.  In doing so we wanted to teach our students what being a real dancer is about.  Teaching them to understand the structure of a company and the importance of working as a group.  While showing them the true value of a good performance is not a "trophy", but an audience showing that they both enjoyed and were moved by their performance.  As with everything that we do here at Midwest Dance Academy Inc.  it is our goal to provide yet one more avenue for our students to receive the best and most professional knowledge possible. 

In the four years Metro Dance Company has become a reputable pre-professional company.  They have performed at First Night, National Dance Week, Dancing in the Streets, the opening of the Michael Jackson Movie, and the opening of Fame.  Metro had the honor of being asked to be the pre-performance group in the Fall 2010 MADCO Concert and the Spring 2011 UMSL Dance Concert/ They have performed for numerous community functions in the O'Fallon area including the Zonta Women's Conference held in Fairview Heights.
